The processing of personal data

1. WHAT IS THE PRIVACY POLICY

This information is provided pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 and the subsequent national adaptation legislation (hereinafter, “GDPR”) and describes how the company Francesco Tricarico (referred to in the “Data Controller” section below) collects and processes the personal data of users or customers through its website www.coltivarti.com (“Website”) or more generally every time that express reference is made to this Privacy Policy.
